MY VISION
As an attorney I am a “counselor-at-law” ... I like to emphasize the word “counselor” because I believe a good lawyer has to truly like counseling, guiding and advising clients. Moreover, I believe a good lawyer has to consider more than just the “legal issues” when providing advice since other “non-legal” issues and concerns are typically tied to the overall problem/situation. This is why when a client comes to see me, for whatever reason, I listen … then I use my knowledge and experience to guide, to advise … to counsel.

I am the sole member of Frank G. Seitz, LLC. I received my B.A. in Language and International Trade from Clemson University in 1993 and my Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in 1997.
While attending law school, I was awarded an academic scholarship for exceptional academic performance and the Achievement Award in the Study of Securities and Corporate Planning. I also served as an articles editor for the St. Thomas Law Review.
The primary focus of my practice since 2003 has been on estate administration, probate litigation, estate planning, elder law, asset protection and real estate. I also advise clients in the areas of business formation and business purchases.
I have spoken on several occasions to groups about Death Tax Planning, Living Wills, Powers of Attorney and Special Needs Trusts. I am admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey and I am a New Jersey Court Certified Mediator.

My other interests are my family and soccer. I played soccer in Germany for 4 years with VFB Stuttgart before returning to the United States to play for Clemson University. I shared my love and knowledge of the game with the children of Toms River and its neighboring towns while coaching both of my children's soccer teams at Toms River F.C. from 2006-2015. I was also a Toms River F.C. Board Member from 2011-2015.
